don't we need to get a trainers to be the gym leaders

ya your the kanto and hoenn gym leaders and i'm the sinnoh u use the pokemon the gym leader has

ok, but shouldn't you just get trainers to be the gym leaders instead of having one trainer run one region. it would be easier.
